14 Day Return Policy
If you do not return the item to our store, the cost of shipping the item back to Larry The Locksmith & Hardware will be paid by you, unless you received the incorrect item, or the item you received was damaged or defective. You will receive a refund of the purchase price and your delivery as applicable. Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. We reserve the right to accept returns unless suspected fraud or abuse. If your return is past 14 days but before 30 days, you will receive a store credit.
How to Return:
You may return most items within 14 days from the original purchase date as long as the item is unused, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. In each case, you must provide all paperwork, including product instructions or information and your packing slip/receipt, and any parts and accessories. You should also bring a valid photo ID. If it is 30 days from your original purchase date, please contact the manufacturer directly.
14 Day Return Policy does not include Gift Cards or Valspar Paint.
Clearance items are final sale.
When you pick up your order, or when it is delivered, you should immediately inspect your order. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the package to show some wear; however, if damage did occur to the product, please contact the store where your order was picked up or made the delivery or contact Customer Care immediately by calling at 718-543-2095. Please have your order number available when you call.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing your payment information.
- Cannot ship to the address provided.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. After you have clicked “Place Order”, your order begins to process and you cannot cancel or change your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.
