Ratchet load binder used to tighten chain, typically for cargo securement. 8 in take-up. For chain size 5/16 in (System 7) and for chain size 3/8 in (System 4) Meets U.S. D.O.T. 393.100-393.102 requirements for use with chain. Do not use for overhead lifting or hoisting or exceed the working load limit.
