Primarily used in the metalworking and woodworking industries, the 3M™ Wetordry™ paper sheet, 413Q, is a silicon carbide, closed coat product bonded with a waterproof resin. It works well for sanding old finishes, fine featheredging, surface work and can be used wet or dry.
